The successful applicant will be the go-to person for staff and leaders, ensuring smooth HR processes and a safe, compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries.
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct thorough workplace safety inspections to ensure the team have been fully inducted and are fully compliant.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and safety records.
  • Support injury management and return-to-work coordination.
