About the Opportunity

This is an entry level position with the Water Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the council's water, sewer, and stored stormwater infrastructure under supervision. This is an essential service role that requires compliance with relevant legislation and Murray River Council policies and procedures, for which training will be provided as part of the role.

What you need to be successful

Mandatory

  • Commitment to undertaking continuing professional development.
  • National Police Check
  • Confined Space Ticket
  • Experience in backflow prevention
  • Experience in Direct Digital Control systems
  • Certificate III Sewerage Treatment
