Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR and Safety Expert to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries, you will provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure the team has been fully inducted and compliant
  • Maintain accurate HR and safety records
  • Support injury management, RTW coordination

Requirements
  • A confident communicator with strong HR and safety knowledge
  • Proven experience in employee relations and WHS practices
  • Able to work across departments and build strong working relationships
  • Committed to continuous improvement and compliance
