Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Professional / Safety Advisor to support our team across both human resources and workplace health & safety functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
  • Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure staff have been fully inducted and compliant
  • Maintain accurate HR and safety records
  • Support injury management, RTW coordination

  • Proven experience in employee relations and WHS practices
  • Able to work across departments and build strong working relationships
  • Committed to continuous improvement and compliance
