Our team at Sydney Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand. In this role, you will interact with customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings, and respond to general customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Reviewing various add-ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with a full and valid Australian driver's licence, availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays), and experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales. You should also be comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information, have strong attention to detail, and be able to follow procedures.
