Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to lead payroll operations in a dynamic global environment? We have an exciting role for a skilled Payroll Manager who can manage a complex payroll process, ensure compliance with local tax, superannuation, and employment regulations, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting requirements, and excellent attention to detail.

The Opportunity

  • Manage end-to-end global payroll processing for 800+ employees across multiple regions.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, superannuation, and employment regulations.
  • Support US payroll processing and reporting requirements.

Beyond BAU responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to lead payroll projects and transformation initiatives, maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems, and support payroll projects and process improvements as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Exposure to US payroll processes and compliance (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency with ADP payroll system preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency, maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems, and supporting payroll projects and process improvements as required.
