About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer/Art Director to join our in-house studio at ANZ Plus. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating compelling visual content to support our product and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing content for our website and app
  • Storyboarding motion projects
  • Exploring different visual styles for internal presentations
  • Creating unique illustrations with strong textural elements
  • Collaborating with designers and 3D artists to lend a creative voice to the project
Requirements
  • Advanced 3D skills, focusing on texturing, lighting, compositing, and look development
  • Experience as a senior art director, creative director, or lead motion designer
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Redshift pipeline
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Strong understanding of how to digest a brief and develop creative solutions
  • Confidence in leading a team and presenting ideas to wider groups
