As a Legal Associate Director/Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional team in the development, maintenance, and strategy of our OMS and other complementary solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating, curating, and updating content that empowers clients to navigate their compliance obligations with ease and accuracy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Solution Partners to ensure seamless leadership and continuity within the team.
  • Driving the strategy, design, and roadmap of OMS and other complementary solutions, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall business goals and market needs.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of content delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the relevant strategy.
  • Leading the planning, monitoring, and reporting on content work delivery, ensuring all content-related activities meet predefined objectives and deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining a robust content delivery methodology, incorporating an effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control framework.
  • Executing Go To Market activities in collaboration with the Marketing & Growth and Brand, Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring marketing efforts align with the strategy and contribute to its success.

About you:

  • 10+ years of legal and/or compliance experience, with a legal qualification highly desirable.
  • Experience in highly regulated retail industries, such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, or regulators, is highly desirable.
  • Establishing and building a new offering, service, or solution, including taking a central role in business development activities.
  • Exemplary legal and compliance technical skills, with familiarity with obligation management systems and their application in a legal and compliance context beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving strategic initiatives, client needs, and differentiation through innovation.
  • Highly effective 'doer' with proven success in leading quality delivery of complex processes and driving collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team leadership experience, including supervising, motivating, and performance managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated experience in overcoming obstacles through critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex legal information into user-friendly content.
