About the Opportunity

This role provides strategic partnering and advisory to multiple General Managers and their senior leadership teams, collaborating across People and Culture to develop and deliver strategic initiatives reflective of the business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and partner with the Product, Sales, Customer Transformation, and International Leadership Teams to develop and deliver the People Plan that supports the successful implementation of the Post 26 Strategy.
  • Develop people and culture initiatives that run across multiple business units.
  • Partner with the leadership team to strategically deliver the talent agenda.
  • Coach, enable, and support senior leaders to drive change and transformation required, ensuring the business is performing and delivering the right outcomes through their people and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Lift leadership capability and culture to drive a high-performance culture and engagement, including building capability and enhancing the culture in line with the AP Way GPS.
  • Use people and culture technology and analytics to provide insights and action to support the improvement and delivery of business results.
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to manage risks, such as safety, industrial relations, and talent, in conjunction with experts from the People and Culture function.

About You

This position requires someone with experience in influencing senior stakeholders and delivering within a sales or product environment. You will join a team of three who are each aligned to support specific business leaders, reporting into one of our Heads of People Partnering.

Requirements

  • Previous experience building strong relationships, coaching, and influencing Senior Stakeholders (General Managers).
  • Proven track record leading organizational people and culture initiatives in large complex organizations.
  • The ability to build strong relationships across People and Culture to align business solutions to the People and Culture strategy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and listening skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
