About the Opportunity
Australia Post is undergoing a large-scale transformation across the organisation as part of its Post26 strategy. This includes a focus on simplifying operations and embracing industry-leading technology for customers and team members.
This fixed-term role provides strategic P&C support and solutioning to a working group representing Technology, Procurement, Legal, Communication, Finance, and Vendor Management as we embark on this critical Technology transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the working group, kicking off various engagements with Strategic Technology Partners to deliver solutions.
- Build strong relationships and partner with Leadership Teams to develop and deliver work packages through selected vendors.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Services Senior P&C Business Partner around design of the target operating models.
- Coach the working group to ensure decisions deliver the right outcomes through people and engagement with stakeholders, where appropriate.
- Use people & culture technology and analytics to provide insights and action to support improvement and delivery of results.
- Partner with Leadership Teams to manage risks (e.g., safety, industrial relations, talent) in conjunction with experts from the People & Culture function.
About You
Reporting into one of our Head of People & Culture, you will join a passionate, committed, and close-knit team of three who are each aligned to support specific business leaders and the program.
We are seeking an engaging individual with previous experience supporting Technology teams, large transformation programs, or exposure to similar environments over the course of their career.
You will also need previous experience building strong relationships, coaching, and influencing Senior Stakeholders, as well as a proven track record leading organisational change initiatives and operating model design and execution.
