Senior People Culture Program Partner

Australia Post is embarking on a large-scale transformation across the organisation, simplifying operations and embracing industry-leading technology for customers and team members.
This fixed-term role provides strategic P&C support and solutioning to the working group, representing Technology, Procurement, Legal, Communication, Finance, and Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities- Play a key role in the working group, engaging with Strategic Technology Partners to deliver various solutions.
- Build strong relationships and partner with Leadership Teams to develop and deliver work packages through selected vendors.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Services Senior P&C Business Partner to design target operating models.
- Coach the working group to ensure decisions deliver the right outcomes through people and engagement with stakeholders.
- Use people & culture technology and analytics to provide insights and action to support improvement and delivery of results.
- Partner with Leadership Teams to manage risks, in conjunction with experts from the People & Culture function.
Reporting into a Head of People & Culture, you will join a passionate, committed, and close-knit team of three who are aligned to support specific business leaders and the program.
We are seeking an engaging individual with previous experience supporting Technology teams, large transformation programs, or similar environments.
You will need to have strong relationships, coaching, and influencing skills, as well as a proven track record leading organisational change initiatives and operating model design and execution.
Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organisation, are essential.
