About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our operational business and People & Culture teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze industrial instruments to provide accurate and specialist advice
  • Participate in enterprise agreement negotiations, including research, response recommendations, and coordination of steering committees
  • Develop and implement change management and risk mitigation plans to uplift workplace relations capability within the business
  • Foster and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including HR, managers, and union representatives
  • Support and manage investigations, disciplinary matters, and disputes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in employment-related matters, with experience in providing advice and influencing outcomes. You will also have the ability to work with unions on the resolution of disputes and conduct training in workplace relations-related subjects.

You will be a confident and capable individual with strong prioritizing skills, able to navigate competing demands and manage changing priorities. You will also be autonomous and thrive in diverse work environments.
