Job Title: Senior Operations Manager About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior leadership, managing corporate databases, and overseeing customer service operations.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the operationalisation of policies and strategic objectives
  • Manage corporate databases and ensure data integrity
  • Oversee customer service operations and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Investigate and implement service development projects incorporating change management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and progress monitoring and reporting
 Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in management, customer service, or project management, or equivalent/ extensive work experience in a relevant field or a combination of work and study
  • Extensive experience in managing a team with a proven track record in implementing and delivering successful outcomes in a large and complex environment
  • Superior interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel to business and services locations throughout NSW
