Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation of individuals with injury, illness, or disability.
As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clients regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into their community and workforce.
Your clinical expertise will be instrumental in developing tailored rehabilitation plans that adopt a holistic approach to care.
You'll conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS) to inform your recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their recovery journey
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRA are essential for this position. Additionally, you'll need to hold full Australian working rights and a current driver's license.
