Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our allied health team, you will play a vital role in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and making a real impact on the lives of our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. You will also conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments to determine clients' functional abilities and provide recommendations for return to work.

To excel in this role, you will require excellent time management skills, the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment, and a passion for injury prevention and return to work. A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy is essential, as is registration with either Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
