The Role

The Account Manager - Omnichannel will identify, develop, and manage customers' needs. This pivotal role builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders for compounding products within defined territories. Utilizing digital platforms, you'll build and maintain your network.

Based in Western Australia, you'll be responsible for servicing and converting inbound enquiries into Compounding opportunities for the Compounding portfolio. You'll provide key sales, order management, administration, and support activities to the Compounding customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service inbound enquiries and convert to revenue through sharing product features and pricing information tailored to the Compounding customers.
  • Utilize business intelligence and sales analysis tools and reports to manage and maximize opportunities.
  • Timely support of customer queries (Product information, Education, Quotes, and Sales enquiries).
  • Focused upskilling of product knowledge and completion of assigned training in a timely manner.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to offer customers end-to-end solutions.
  • Communicate customer feedback to leadership to generate ideas about new features, competitive intel, or customer complaints.
  • Retail existing business and meet existing sales targets.

Required Background and Skills

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing key accounts, preferably in pharmaceuticals. You love technology, enjoy working on digital platforms, and are passionate about building and maintaining customer-centric relations.

  • Tertiary qualifications in healthcare or a related discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Science, Business, Marketing, Nursing)
  • A self-directed, mostly autonomous, quick learning individual with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for our mission.
  • Highly skilled individual working in healthcare sales, who understands the clinical environment.
  • Current Australian Driving license.
  • Strong digital platform skills (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite).
