Job Overview

Hospital Specialist Representatives play a vital role in connecting customers with therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures for feared diseases. This consultative role spans our resource and product portfolio to establish long-lasting relationships with customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through promotional science-based brand messages and broader content (e.g., disease state)
  • Act as the key point of contact for seamless connections to Pfizer SMEs and resources
  • Onboard customers to new operating models and platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
  • Orchestrate ideal customer experiences through relevant content selection
  • Drive customers to digital service offerings, providing tailored support and materials
  • Lead relationships with Health Care Professionals across metro and rural locations, both virtually and in person
  • Gain a deep understanding of Health Care Professional needs, sharing expert product advice, tailoring data, and delivering promotional activities
  • Provide objective medical information regarding our product portfolio and disease states treated
  • Seek awareness of external market conditions to drive exceptional customer support and insights
  • Establish strong working relationships with our teams and share customer insights to enhance digital services
  • Manage annual targets and adhere to Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory requirements

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A Tertiary Degree in Business, Science, or a healthcare background (e.g., pharmacist, nurse) with industry knowledge
  • Curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Analytical skills to identify connections between data, products, and customer needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for building trusted relationships
  • Solid understanding of the digital space and willingness to learn and upskill
  • Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day
  • Agility, adaptability, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen
  • Sound knowledge of Pfizer Policies and Procedures, Compliance requirements, and Medicines Australia Code
  • Valid Driver's Licence
