Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our healthcare team at Mount Private Hospital in Perth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' full-time experience in general and/or urology, with a strong understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.

You will possess exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the perioperative complex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based care
  • Supervising and preceptoring Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students, and AINs/PSAs
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and implementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will hold AHPRA registration, previous experience with Orthopaedics/Neurosurgery, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
