As a key member of our Australian team based in various locations, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the mobile unit broadcast engineering operations at remote events.

Main Responsibilities:
">
- Manage and monitor the mobile unit broadcast engineering operations at remote events.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting while executing changes and engineering updates on the mobile unit.
- Perform regular cleaning and inventory checks for the mobile unit.
- Track and report on equipment and system repair and maintenance status.
- Direct the activities of crew members related to the operation of the mobile unit.
- Follow through on repairs, inventory needs, and updates.
- Provide on-site client service and technical support.
Skill Requirements:

- A minimum of two years' experience operating a broadcast truck solo is essential.
- A good understanding of outside broadcast workflows is required.
- Understanding of SMPTE 2110 is desirable.
- The ability to work under time constraints is necessary.
- Knowledge of VSM or TFC, as well as IP technology, is preferred.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize work in order of on-air importance.
- Applicants must have a positive attitude, be able to work to explicit deadlines, pick up new concepts rapidly, and work closely with colleagues for long periods of time.
This role requires weekend and interstate travel. It's an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team in Australia, we will consider applicants requiring sponsorship to live and work in Australia.
