Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role that involves managing the broadcast studio and purpose-built event space. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and configuring broadcasts and live events, overseeing and troubleshooting the live production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of the broadcast studio for webcasts, forum space, and boardrooms for events, video recordings, and presentations.
  • Oversee audio mixing, video switching, and routing operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of technical upgrades for current and future projects.
  • Coordinate the installation of various audio, visual, and lighting equipment as needed.
  • Take full technical responsibility for in-house video conferencing and meeting rooms.
  • Perform proactive maintenance of all audio-visual and broadcast equipment, including software, and arrange servicing with vendors as required.
  • Manage external vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Provide remote support to global offices as required.
  • Act as liaison to Events team and manage hotel AV providers for any broadcast and audio-visual needs relating to off-site conferences and events.
  • Edit internal videos using non-linear editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience within a live television news broadcast environment or similar.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working with audio visual systems, video switching, audio mixing, routing, lighting, camera operation within a corporate or studio environment.
  • Familiarity with non-linear editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
