Senior Live Events Broadcasting Specialist

The broadcast engineer is a vital team member responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our mobile unit broadcasting at remote events.
- Lead and oversee the setup and operation of mobile units at outdoor events.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with equipment to ensure seamless broadcasts.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections on the mobile unit, ensuring it remains in excellent working condition.
- Manage the upkeep and repair of equipment, tracking progress and reporting back to the team.
- Coordinate with crew members to optimize the operation of the mobile unit.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional on-site support and technical expertise.
- A minimum of two years' experience operating a broadcast truck solo is essential for this role.
- A solid understanding of outside broadcast workflows is required.
- Experience with SMPTE 2110 technology is highly desirable.
- The ability to work under tight deadlines is crucial.
- Prior knowledge of VSM or TFC and IP technology is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
- An upbeat attitude, coupled with an ability to learn quickly and collaborate with colleagues, is essential for success.
