We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Analyst II to join our Business Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our global employees, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Windows and Mac desktop operating systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving technical and operational issues across the organization.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance productivity within Appian, leveraging relevant tools and technologies.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Appian's global employees through Service Desk cases.
  • Manage end-user hardware and software inventory throughout its lifecycle.
  • Exhibit an interest in emerging technologies, with a basic understanding of cloud computing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and talent for identifying creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills (verbal/written).
  • Competency in administering desktop operating systems.
  • Ability to work nights or weekends, as needed, to perform regular onsite maintenance or on-call duties.
