The role of a Contract Administrator is crucial in the early stages of project procurement and successful delivery. Responsibilities include managing head contracts, setting up budgets, preparing reports, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial and administrative activities related to head contracts and subcontracts
  • Support the setup of project budgets and procurement schedules
  • Prepare monthly reports and cost forecasts
  • Assist the Project Manager with timely and accurate reporting on project financials
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial management
  • Familiarity with systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, or Procore (or similar)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams
