The Structural Team
  • Led by a Team of accomplished Structural Engineers and Specialists with excellent reputations for their technical excellence (they are often found presenting at industry events both locally and internationally for the leading innovative designs they have delivered)
  • Variety of work across a healthy range of sectors - they have delivered many landmark projects in NSW and beyond - from Highrise mixed use buildings to Schools, Hospitals, residential, commercial and more.
  • They are heavily invested in the sector, at the forefront of new technologies and design innovations – established leaders in the industry
  • A great culture, the Structural Lead is an approachable manager, who gives his staff the flexibility and autonomy they need to have a happy work life balance.
The Opportunity
  • A Structural Engineer who is confident to take a technical lead of the design on projects within the team
  • This role would suit someone who is either on the cusp of Senior or already working at a Senior level and looking to have more autonomy and responsibility
  • This role focuses more on technical delivery than client management, but strong communication is key to work as part of this high performing team
  • Working closely with the Senior members of the team to deliver major projects and provide innovative design solutions
  • Experience in the Newcastle market is preferred, a strong working knowledge in design software's ETABS, RAM Concept and RAPT is essential.
