Job Opportunity: Marine Rescue Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our marine rescue team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and be able to work closely with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a statewide fleet management plan that meets maritime standards.
  • Collaborate with QFES staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to design and specify fit-for-purpose products.
  • Implement efficient sourcing arrangements that align with organizational procedures and governance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts to accommodate volunteer environment.
