This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise as a Senior Windows Engineer in a dynamic Federal Government department.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage quality end user enabling technologies. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with us to implement Microsoft Windows standard operating environments, mobile and desktop device management, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), encompassing desktop productivity software and corporate device configurations.
  • Packaging and deploying applications to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Managing automated patching processes to maintain optimal system security and performance.
  • Providing expert technical guidance across supported platforms and services.
  • Delivering Level 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from service desk and Level 2 teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience/knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Group Policy configuration.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Access Management (MAM).
  • Proficiency in MECM (SCCM) and Intune.
