Join Vertical Scope Group's (VSG) Professional Services Division as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled, and competent TSPV, Windows System Administrator to join our award-winning team supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About You:
  • Must have or be able to obtain a TSPV clearance.
  • Can be based in ACT, QLD, VIC, or SA.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in designing, building, testing, and operating ICT systems and network services.
About the Role:
  • Provide technical expertise in building, deploying, and managing virtual desktop SOEs (Scripting, Batch, PowerShell), specialists, users, and managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Configuration Manager for application packaging and deployment.
  • Administer secured End User Computing Environment (Active Directory Management, Group Policy) procedures and standards.
  • Update environment with software upgrades (patching security updates – essential eight, usage reports).
  • Proficient in deployment methodologies and network switch configuration.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimization and scalability of virtual environments.
  • Integrate with MFA solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows issues.
  • Support and monitor Virtual Windows Desktop environment (Citrix NetScaler).
