This position involves providing technical expertise to clients in a high-security environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of systems administration, particularly with Windows-based systems and VMware-based virtualisation technologies.
Responsibilities include deploying, monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting client ICT systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software. Additionally, the role requires maintaining standard build templates and documentation for client systems, ensuring the baseline configuration of client systems and environments, and responding to client ICT support services according to ITIL Service Management.
The successful candidate will be able to work under limited supervision, meet objectives and targets for clients, identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements, and contribute to a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Key Requirements- Be an Australian Citizen
