Windows Endpoint Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows endpoint specialist to join our team in Canberra.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing the Windows 11 endpoint environment, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, Intune and supporting infrastructure.

This role includes BAU support of these services, including incident, change and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and system migrations.

  • Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching and management
  • Experience with InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are essential for this role, which also requires creating documentation such as FAQ guides, SOPs and transition support documents.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred)
  • Police Check and Fit for Work certificate needed
  • Preferred candidate will be local to Canberra with a hybrid WFH/Office roster
