Nurse Manager for Elderly Care Unit

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Acute Care of the Elderly (ACE) unit at Northern Adelaide Local Health Network's Modbury Hospital. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our elderly patients.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices. With strong leadership and management skills, you will foster a positive and supportive work environment, guiding your team towards excellence in patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to elderly patients.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide staff in their professional development and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
