We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to spearhead the success of a high-priority project over three years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage exceptional project management expertise to drive understanding, refinement, experimentation, and delivery of results.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to senior leadership. They will be responsible for reviewing and adapting processes to align with requirements, designing and implementing procedures related to seed treatment and quality control, and providing regular project updates.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful project and team management.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the scientific method and ability to read scientific literature.
