Director of Arts Operations

The position of Art Centre Director is a leadership role that oversees the overall management and direction of arts operations. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the art centre's operation, ensuring strategic and sustainable growth, and maintaining and developing relationships within the cultural, arts, tourism, Indigenous and economic development sectors.
This role requires the ability to provide day-to-day administration, financial management, funding, marketing, sales, and service delivery. It also involves overseeing project management, governance, and administration of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic planning and implementation for the art centre.
- Maintaining and developing key partnerships with stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support for staff and volunteers.
- Managing budgets and finances effectively.
- Coordinating marketing and promotional activities.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead organisational governance.
