Key Position TasksWe are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to apply industry-leading instructional design and adult learning theories in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of training resources.
- Design and develop timely, cost-effective and instructionally sound industry programs and learning solutions
- Develop learner guides, assessment booklets, learner workbooks, PowerPoints, session plans, hand-outs and other documents to reflect the requirements of the units of competency, the training and assessment strategy (TAS) and the VET training package
- Undertake benchmarking analysis of existing internal and external programs and resources to ensure that program learning design adequately meets the learning needs of a target group and is suitable for the current and future needs of the building and construction industry
Minimum qualifications:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Desirable qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree/post-graduate qualifications in learning and development, instructional design, adult education or a related discipline
