Asset Management Role
ConsMin is a world leader in manganese mining. Our Australian operation (Woodie Woodie) is based in the Pilbara, where we produce some of the world's highest grade manganese ore.
The Asset Administrator plays an important role in supporting the team to ensure efficient operation and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate asset records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets.
- Ensuring proper documentation for asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and maintenance.
- Assisting in the preparation of asset inventory reports and audits.
- Inputting and updating asset data into the asset management system with precision.
- Monitoring and ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all asset-related records.
- Coordinating with various departments on site to gather asset-related information and facilitate asset movements.
- Supporting the Asset Management team with administrative tasks including equipment inspections as required.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years' experience in asset administration or similar fields, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CMMS like Pronto.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
