Guest Service Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Attendant to join our team at the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort. As a key member of our retail and food & beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of product knowledge and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and exceed guest expectations in a boutique café and retail environment.
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge and ensure impeccable presentation of the outlet.
  • Promote a positive team culture and contribute to a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or food & beverage environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the retail sector and sound understanding of sales principles is desirable.
