Overview

This role involves working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen to manage parts for service work orders, assist with enquiries, and coordinate freight and back orders.

Responsibilities
  • Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen
  • Organise Parts on Service work orders
  • Assist with parts enquiries
  • Allocate freight onto service work orders
  • Monitor parts and service back orders
  • Assist team with part availability and freight costs/quotes
  • External supplier purchase orders
  • Monitoring service core
Qualifications
  • Have previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly computer literate
  • Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded
  • Local Valid Drivers License

Additional Information
  • Full Time / 38 hours per week
  • Mon – Fri 07:54-16:00
  • Competitive Hourly Rate
  • Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
  • Rostered on call and Saturdays
