About Us

We're a team of experienced hosts who understand what our guests want and when they want it.

As a skilled Events Manager, you'll work closely with our Senior Management Team to drive business growth and expand existing opportunities through strategic efforts and sales channels.

You'll be responsible for coordinating meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions, working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to drive banquet and meetings sales and exceed performance targets.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Taking inquiries and converting them into sales
  • Pre and post-event communication with clients
  • Collaborating with the meeting and events operational team
  • Contacting clients before their arrival to conduct final checks, reviewing satisfaction levels, and following up to ensure accurate billing and secure future bookings
  • Achieving event goals by implementing effective strategies provided by the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Assisting in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies by analyzing current and potential business and identifying new opportunities
  • Providing a consultative and value-added approach to selling
  • Monitoring productivity and revenue goals by maintaining sales action plans

We're looking for an experienced professional with a background in similar roles, preferably in conference and events management.
