Event Management Leadership Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that customer service standards are consistently met.

  • Key responsibilities include planning events in consultation with stakeholders, liaising with clients regarding event details, ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol policy, delivering pre-event briefings to team members, and managing employee relations and safe working practices.

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in banqueting or food and beverage, experience coordinating exhibition/tradeshow-style catering, proven ability to manage a large team of 100+, hold a current RMLV Certificate and Approved Manager Licence.
