Event Management Opportunity

About the Role

This exciting position is focused on delivering exceptional events, driving successful outcomes for stakeholders and maximising exhibitor experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, sales processes, and customer service. They will be able to work logically and efficiently to achieve goals and produce high-level outcomes.

  • Prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive profitability
  • Provide high-level customer service and coordination during event periods
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans with timely delivery of all event milestones
  2. Implement sales and exhibition strategies to drive profitability
  3. Manage event budgets and financial reporting
  4. Work with operations and sales teams to finalise floor plans and event logistics
  5. Foster a high level of customer service and effective use of systems and processes
  6. Scope out exhibitors for potential sponsor and partner opportunities
Your Background
  • Extensive experience (minimum 3-5 years) across major events and sales processes
  • Proven track record and experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
