Operations Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage the operations of our Food Services Programme.

  • About the Role:
  • The Operations Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of food services preparation and delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in food safety, quality assurance, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Quality Management Activities: Ensure all staff are trained and meet essential quality and mandatory compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining Audit Compliance: Coordinate and maintain audit compliance and food safety program.
  • Monitoring Operational Trends: Identify opportunities for continuous growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years management experience within a relevant industry area.
  • Food Safety Certification: Qualified Food Safety Supervisor (minimum competency standards Health and Community Services sector).
  • Quality Systems Knowledge: Well-developed knowledge of current Food Safety and OH&S Legislation.
