Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at IPAR, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to return to work and independence after sustaining an injury or illness.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing strategies and interventions for a safe return to pre-injury activities, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans for return to work and daily living support;
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote independence and safety in daily activities;
- Collaborating with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support;
- Providing education and training to clients and stakeholders on injury prevention and management strategies;
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Full registration with AHPRA;
- Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy;
