About the Role

Hearth Support Services is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bendigo VIC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our clients and NDIS participants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating occupational therapy services to ensure optimal outcomes for participants
  • Providing assessment and intervention to support inclusion and participation in communities
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to provide individualized plans

Requirements
