About The Role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants in Bendigo and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for those seeking a full-time role, but part-time opportunities are also available.

Your Everyday

As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. You will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

You will utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.

You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).

You will attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.

You will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
