Group Facilitation Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled facilitator to lead our multidisciplinary group therapy programs at a prominent hospital.

The Role
  • Develop and deliver inpatient and day outpatient group therapy sessions with a focus on excellence in healthcare delivery.
  • Design and implement skills groups that prioritize the needs of patients across various age groups and mental health diagnoses.
Key Qualifications
  • Accredited degree in Psychology or equivalent mental health care professional registration.
  • Extensive experience in facilitating group therapy, preferably in CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, CPT, and RO DBT.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling engagement with diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing workload in complex therapeutic environments, and creating engaging skill group content with creativity and flexibility.
