Group Facilitation Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to patient care and well-being. As a Group Facilitator, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality healthcare services.
- You will have experience in at least one of the following therapeutic modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Training and experience in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Radical Open-Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO DBT) are highly valued.
- Leading groups for patients with mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care is delivered.
- Developing and implementing skills training programs that promote excellence in healthcare delivery.
- A degree in Psychology or a related field, APHRA registration, and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent mental health professional registration.
- Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
