Multidisciplinary Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled Group Therapy Facilitator to join our multidisciplinary team at Warners Bay Private Hospital.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating our inpatient and/or day outpatient group therapy program, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality care to patients with diverse mental health needs.
About the Role- You will have training or experience in at least one of the following modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT. Training and experience in IPT, CPT, and RO DBT highly regarded.
- You will need to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and the ability to engage patients across age groups and a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders.
- An accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent mental health care professional registration.
- Training and experience facilitating group therapy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite.
