Group Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead group therapy sessions across various programs. The selected candidate will use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to support patients in developing practical coping skills.
This role will be part of a multidisciplinary team that is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The team adheres to the Ramsay Way philosophy of 'People Caring for People'.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Provide psychoeducation and skills training in group settings.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive care planning.
- Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of group activities.
- Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology or an equivalent mental health care professional registration.
- Training and experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to facilitate skill group content with creativity and flexibility.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
