Position Overview

The Leasing Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily management of leasing activities, maintaining relevant system applications, and supporting various administrative functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly updating lease-related system applications
  • Maintaining databases to ensure accurate information is recorded according to naming conventions
  • Assisting with reporting requirements and identifying best practices
  • Verifying and cross-checking information across multiple systems
  • Auditing system reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting the leasing team with daily operations, including rent rolls
  • Liaising with landlords and key client personnel
  • Participating in internal and external meetings as necessary
Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Business Administration
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse skill sets
  • Knowledge of compliance in contract or business management
  • Relevant experience in commercial or residential leasing is advantageous
  • Broad experience in business support functions
  • Familiarity with Commonwealth or Local government processes
  • Experience in a Small to Medium Sized business environment
  • Finance administration experience
  • Real Estate Registration or willingness to obtain
