Project Overview

The Project Coordinator role at KBR is an exciting opportunity to support the MPS Project Manager and MITSS. This position requires technical expertise and advice to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling project operations and activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to support the MPS Project Manager and MITSS.
  • Coordinate and execute project operations and activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Meet project scope, schedule, and budget plans, and report on project status as required.
  • Assist in workforce planning in support of current projects and/or assigned proposal capture activities.
  • Act with a degree of autonomy and personal accountability for team outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience within a project management coordination role.
  • Qualifications in related technical and/or project management field.
  • Experience in software development environments.
  • Strong client and staff engagement, relationship, and communications skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Current or eligible to obtain a Defence security clearance.
