Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Building Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing facility maintenance activities.

As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on ensuring that all building services are maintained to the highest standards. This includes developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, monitoring supplies and spare parts, and coordinating with contractors for delivery of contracted services.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements for essential services, controlling financial expenditures within agreed budgets, and overseeing maintenance and minor building works including site inspections and contract supervision.
